What do I get?

You´ll get an unlimited number of digital photos. We only eliminate photos that are extremely unflattering, or where there are blinking eyes, mouths mid-sentence, or if we’re experimenting and something doesn’t turn out (like writing a sentence and erasing something). We also sometimes take five frames in a flurry if something is happening quickly. In this case, we would give you the best of a series so you don’t have a million photos that only change by a fraction of a second. But at the same time, we aren’t going to discard a photo just because we don’t deem it “artistic” enough.

In terms of copyright, you have the rights to make prints or photo products with the images. The only thing you can’t do is sell the images for a profit without permission (for instance, you can’t sell the image to an advertising agency to use in an ad campaign).

Does your photography services in Costa Rica include editing the photos before we get them?

Absolutely Yes. My photography services in Costa Rica include editing. All photos delivered to our clients are digitally retouched to achieve optimal skin tones, contrast, saturation and some minor photo retouching such as skin softening in close-ups when needed; however, to ensure you still look like yourself, we do not offer or recommend extreme photo alterations via Photoshop as part of our services. Additional photo editing can be purchased as an extra.

How long do we have to wait to get our full gallery of images?

Usually, it takes about 5 weeks to process the photos, but we will provide you with some sneak peek while you’re waiting for your images.
